In a library, shelf-readers don't shelve books--they systematically go through the collection and make sure everything is in its proper place. They find items out of order, neaten displays, and straighten shelves. Sign up if that sounds like a fit for you!
Before a first shift, volunteers must complete a Release of Liability form (once per year) for the County. Copies are available at each library service desk; fillable forms (aside from signature/date) are also linked below:
