We’re currently looking for kind and welcoming Lunch Greeters to volunteer one day a week, Monday–Friday from 11:30am–1:00pm at the Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center. Lunch Greeters help create a positive first impression by greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly hello, while signing in those joining us for lunch. Volunteers also pick up the lunch list, money box, and change from administration and return them once lunch is over. No experience is necessary—training will be provided. If you enjoy connecting with others and brightening someone’s day, this is the perfect role for you! As a thank-you, Lunch Greeters receive a complimentary lunch during their shift.
