The Front Desk Docent is the first impression of the nature center! With a warm, professional, and helpful attitude, the front desk volunteer helps handle visitors’ questions, orients them to the exhibits, completes gift shop purchases, and more. This position's shifts are 2-3 hours, depending on the day, and are very customer service-oriented. We require a commitment of at least 4-6 hours per month and encourage a recurring weekly schedule. We are closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Weekday availability is a plus right now!
