Come spend Public Lands Day with our mountain bike community and help us finish a beginner trail.
Pajarito Ski Hill has created a cross country mountain bike loop for beginners, families and our youth mountain bikers. The trail is a cross country beginner trail with multiple switchbacks above the lodge, making it a great spectator course for races, and for families coming to enjoy the mountain together.
We will also use it for our youth mountain bike team to practice on and to host statewide events. This year there will be a youth only (NICA) race on it October 15.
We have a few last things to finish to make it a fantastic loop for riding. Come join us this Saturday, bring gloves, close toed shoes, and a rake or shovel.
