Kitchen help : cooking, serving (shifts from 6am to 9 and 9 to 11am)
Dining room help: coffee making, maintaining the condiment table, guest table cleanup (shifts from 6am to 9 and 9 to 11am)
Cleanup crew after breakfast is over 11am to 1pm
Setup Crew on Saturday September 30 (4pm to 6pm)
