What We Do

The League of Women Voters has two separate and distinct roles.

  • Voters Service/Citizen Education : We present unbiased nonpartisan information about
elections, the voting process, and issues. We register voters, produce a voter guide, and
conduct candidate forums for each election. We host a monthly Lunch with a Leader
    meeting open to the community.
  • Action & Advocacy : Democracy is not a spectator sport.
We are nonpartisan, but, after study, we use our positions to advocate for or against
particular policies in the public interest.
