Join us at the Fuller Lodge Lawn on October 25th to assist kiddos and their families with Pumpkin Carving!
We need helpers from 9AM-1PM to:
- check in participants
- set up carving areas
- prescoop pumpkins for smaller children
- keep pumpkin "guts" in the trash cans
- Clean supplies
- Store supplies
We need helpers from 1PM-3PM to:
Set up displays
Check in carving contest participating pumpkins
Direct pumpkin deliveries to drop offs and pick up instructions
And from 3PM-5PM
Put pumpkins on display
Start greeting "Pumpkin Toddle" Families
Put tealights in pumpkins
Set up Tents for LAAC and Guest Vendors
From 5PM-dusk
Help with the Pumpkin Toddle activities
From Dusk to 10PM
Hand out glow sticks
Keep participants safe and moving around the lawn
From 10PM-11PM
Clean up displays
relocate remaining pumpkins to interior courtyard
Clean up tents and materials
