Go into local institutions and advertise the event before the 5 p.m. start time. Help exhibitors check in and set up. Direct participants to the activity stations. Distribute and review bingo cards. Rove the event to answer questions, provide directions, and assist exhibitors. Expect to be walking around for most of the night, so wear comfortable clothing and shoes; a volunteer t-shirt will be provided. Shifts will be 2-4 hours. No previous experience necessary.
In addition, one volunteer is needed to run the root-beer float station at projectY cowork. Instructions and ingredients will be provided.
