In keeping with ScienceFest 2025's theme of Catalysts & Currents, Los Alamos MainStreet and Creative District (LAMSCD) invites one volunteer to park an electric vehicle at Ashley Pond Park to provide electricity to vendors at the Friday Night Market on June 20, 2025. One vehicle should be enough to power the booths for the entire event (4-9 p.m.). The EV needs to have 110v outlets for vendors to plug into. An alternative to using an EV would be to set up a battery station for vendors. The volunteer is also welcome to explain/ demonstrate to market and concert attendees how their set-up works.
